What we collect, and what we do with it.

1. The enquiry formWhen you send an enquiry we receive your name, company, email, the markets and product line you describe, and your message. We use this only to reply and to prepare for a conversation with you. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the message to our inbox.
2. Email and phoneIf you write or call us directly, we keep the correspondence so we can pick up where we left off.
3. Booking a callThe booking link opens Calendly, which collects your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy.
4. Website measurementWe may use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits and pages without cookies and without identifying individuals.
5. HostingThe site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical request data for security and delivery.
6. How long we keep itEnquiries are kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back to us.
7. What we never doWe do not sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
8. Your choicesWrite to Info@exverina.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action it.
